Lauren G is an independent singer and topline writer with a strong focus on Dance, Pop and Country music. Lauren has performed in stadiums and arenas worldwide as a professional singer/dancer most notably the London O2 Arena. As part of girl group 'Project A' Lauren reached the final 24 on ITV's 'The X Factor.' The group then re branded as 'The Ultra Girls' and toured UK stadiums as the opening act on Kylie Minogue's 'Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour.' 

 

Lauren has recorded with some of the industries finest vocal producers who have worked with the likes of Nicole Scherzinger,  Kylie Minogue, ABC and Go West to name a few. These experiences have honed her skills as a vocalist both in the studio and live on stage.

As a writer Lauren has achieved cuts from artists across the UK in multiple genres. Most recently receiving her first UK Top 40 with Jubillee Music's 'Don't Make Me Look Into Your Eyes.' The track also achieved #1 on the iTunes UK Country Chart and #3 in the official Scottish singles charts. Lauren has also contributed three co writes to their debut album ' You And I.' The co writes are 'A Party Ain't A Party,' 'Getting Over You,' and 'Don't Make Me Look Into Your Eyes.' The album reached number #9 on the official UK Country Chart, #1 on the iTunes Country Chart and has become an Amazon best seller.

Lauren is currently one half of the independant country music duo 'The Good Lies.' The band's self penned debut release 'Summer Dream' was named BBC Introducing West Midland's track of the month by Alex Noble. Follow up single 'Sally' reached #22 on the iTunes Country Chart UK, received fantastic reviews and was added to multiple Country Radio Playlists. The latest single 'Say A Prayer' was released in response to the Covid 19 pandemic with initial proceeds being donated to NHS Charities Together. The song became Country Sound and Visions 'Track Of The Week.' The duo are currently working on an album set for release in 2021.
